Workshops

What are workshops?

Workshops are a short period of training or discussion, where a particular subject/topic is discussed to improvise the learner’s knowledge.

Though many workshops are discussion-based, some are interactive in nature. Such workshops give the attendee a first-hand, practical experience in the topic.

The target is not only to transfer knowledge, but also to help solve a related problem for the attendees.

Skills and knowledge gathered during workshops are generally transferrable, which means they can be taught or discussed further with colleagues or friends.

Why are they important?

Workshops have proven to be beneficial at all stages of a venture. In the initial phase, they not only challenge your idea, but also help hone it. In the developmental stages of a start-up, it provides the business with the necessary outside perspective. This promotes growth. Towards the later stages, workshops act more like the clutch, which makes shifting gears easy.

Workshops train you in hands-on skills, provide a platform to generate or modify ideas and develop essential tools required in a start-up environment.

The needs for attending workshops may change with time, but their importance remains vital.

Our Workshops:

Our workshops are carefully crafted, with emphasis on the developmental stages in the life of an organisation.

We, at WorkDefine, believe in interacting with future change-makers and guiding them towards their desired results.

Therefore, we have designed 4 workshops to coach the organisations on the whole, founders, and employees, and graduate entrepreneurs in their own rights.

To those looking to start a venture, we give you a taste of what it would be like, when you are in the spotlight.

And, to those who have already begun their start-up journey, our workshops shall provide you with the much-needed direction.

We have 4 types of workshops:

  1. University Students (for graduate entrepreneurs)
  2. Organisations(in-the-making or established)
  3. Leaders (aspiring or existing)
  4. Employees (working or looking to join an organisation)
